What Treo models are supported?
Currently we have antennas for the Treo 650 and the Treo
700w/wx/p
What colors do you offer?
The antennas come in Gray, Blue and Black for both the 650
and the 700.
I accidentally received/ordered the wrong color. What
can I do?
Send it back to us for a free replacement. We will replace
it for you until you are happy with your color selection.

Is the blue antenna really blue?
It is a dark gray with a blue tint and is our personal favorite.
Why not add a 3.5mm earphone jack to the antenna?
Because the installation of such a jack will require soldering inside the phone and will be
very complicated.
Do you plan to release a short antenna for (enter phone model here)?
Not at the moment.
Which color fits my Cingular/Verizon/Sprint/Unbranded Treo?
It is really a matter of personal preference. The gray will look like the original Cingular,
Verizon and unbranded Treo 650 antenna.
The blue will look like the Sprint Treo 650 antenna and the black will fit the Black Tie version. You can still mix and match the colors to fit your own personal preference.
What kind of warranty is offered on the antenna?
We offer a one full year warranty. If anything happens to the antenna during this year we will replace it with the same model/color FREE OF CHARGE (Depending on availability at the time).
I got the antenna but decided I like the original antenna better. Can I return it?
Yes. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee and within those 30 days you can replace the antenna with another color.
Is the reception better or worse with the short antenna?
Our tests show the exact same reception as with the original antenna. If you are not happy with the
performance of your short antenna We will replace it for free until you are or your money back.
I have a Treo 650 now but I plan to buy a Treo 700w/wx/p later. Will the antenna still fit?
The antenna for the 650 and for the 700 are the same with one small difference. There is a small groove on the 700 model to match the case of the 700. The 650 antenna can be modified to fit the 700 with a rotary tool. We will add
instructions on how to do this soon.
